Ashley Diep
I came from a coding background. I worked as a website developer building out the front end websites for various companies.
Being young and naive, I wanted to get into something with “quick money” so that I didn’t have to work for anyone.
I had always been entrepreneurial minded, and I ended up working on real estate deals with an investor group.
This experience pulled me in and I wanted to branch out on my own, so I got my real estate license.
In the beginning, coming from a coding background, I didn’t have much interpersonal skills and learned the HARD way of making phone calls to home sellers and buyers to make deals happen.
In the beginning of the journey, a lot of it was learning how to communicate effectively and getting others to understand through their own deductions.
But I was dedicated to mastering the art and science of selling and buying real estate because I knew I had a lot of value to add.
You see, whether being a realtor is a business, or the process of selling a home - it is a lot like coding where creating reliable systems can really take the stress out of the process.
When it came to diagnosing, testing and improving, I needed to become a problem solver on how I can navigate tough deals and customize a strategy to fit every individual.
Helping clients get through every type of situation to the finish line feels fulfilling to me.
After countless iterations of refining my process with clients, I’ve got a reliable methodology that I know my clients can count on. Using real-time market data, a proactive game plan, and radical transparency, I specialize in a hands off approach to sell smarter, faster, and with confidence.
Today, I’m grateful to be helping homeowners in the Greater Houston area sell their homes at the optimal price, without life disruptions.
